Dice VIP Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide for Members

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the Dice VIP platform ("Dice", "we", "us") and its members ("you", "member"). By registering on Dice VIP or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all members in Bangladesh. All sections of Dice — Sports Betting, casino, live dealer, jackpot, and other gaming services — fall under these same terms.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed.

• To update your registration details, verification must be completed through support before any changes can be made.

Dice may request a national ID or passport at any time to verify a member's age. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit. Deposits submitted with an incorrect reference may be delayed in processing.

• Deposits made in a third party's name or through unauthorized payment methods will not be accepted.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
• To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must first be met.
• If fraud is suspected, Dice may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

Dice VIP offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to 100% on their first deposit. This bonus is available to new members only.
• Wagering requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of typically 15–30x must be completed. The specific conditions will be stated on each bonus page.

All betting activities on Dice VIP are governed by the following rules.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. However, the cash out feature may be used if available.
• If a match is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded. In accumulator bets, the cancelled match will be counted at odds of 1.0.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Dice reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If there is evidence of match fixing or the use of insider information to place bets, the bets and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• In disputes arising from delayed data during live betting, Dice's decision will be considered final.
• Maximum bet limits are determined by the game type and the member's VIP level.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Dice VIP. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Registering using a fake identity or someone else's personal information.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate betting algorithms using software or automated systems.
• Using Dice's payment system for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other members.
• Creating artificial betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonuses.

Dice VIP treats the protection of members' personal data as a top priority. We comply with international data protection standards.

Either the member or Dice may close an account at any time.

• Members may request account closure at any time by contacting support.
• Before an account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw their remaining balance, unless the closure is due to fraud.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, balances and bonuses may be forfeited.
• A maintenance fee may be applied to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

Dice VIP reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform.

• Updated terms take effect within 7 days of being published.
• If a member does not agree with the updated terms, they may close their account.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
